Service populations less than 100,000 for public entities and full time enrollment less than 10,000 students for educational institutions are eligible.
For a complete submission, provide the following:
- Public Entity or School application (will quote from other carrier new business apps but need ours to bind) Supplemental Apps may be requested
- Property (construction, occupancy, year built, sq. ft), Equipment and Auto schedules (VIN, class code or use)
- 5 years currently valued loss runs
- Current financial or budget
- Expiring premium to calculate loss ratio to determine credits
- Need by date and target premium and marketing situation
